As a graduate of the University of Salford's International Media Centre with a Master's degree in Scriptwriting for TV and Radio, I have a wealth of experience in the industry. In 2006, I founded Rainy City Productions, where I served as a script advisor, working with emerging writers to help launch their careers and collaborating with established TV and film production companies throughout the UK.
My passion for storytelling extends beyond traditional mediums, as I am also a spoken word poet and have had my page poetry featured on various platforms, from stage slams to late-night radio shows and podcasts. In 2023, a collection of poetry taken from my Edinburgh show "Woman on Mute" will be compiled for print.
My dedication to the craft has led to notable accomplishments, such as my radio drama "Butterfly Dad" advancing to the second round of commissions for radio broadcast, and my potential current collaboration/development with BAFTA nominated Can Can Productions on a drama script.
